What is Sports Nutrition?

It is the application of biochemical and physiological science to promote optimal sports performance, recovery, and body composition.

Whether you are a competitive athlete or a recreational sports enthusiast–without the proper diet to fuel your muscles and body, you will not able to maintain the energy to do your sport. Good nutrition, the right amount of calories, the best proportion of protein, carbohydrate, fat, vitamins, minerals, and fluid will keep you going strong during your workout.

In return, once you have maximum energy to do your sport through nutrition, you can improve. You get faster, you go longer, you get leaner. What ever your goals are–the right diet can really make a difference!

The Personalized Nutrition Plan for sports may include:
